A Training Plan offers Simon Says Cycling's expert coaching at a fraction of the price of a monthly Coaching Package. From beginner to advanced, a Training Plan is the perfect way to add structure and focus to your training. A Training Plan differs from a Coaching Package in that once you receive your Training Plan, there is no further coach communication, training plan revision, and adjustment. Simon Says Cycling offers two types of Training Plans: Customized Plans and Ready-Made Plans. |

Says Cycling will create for you a 12-week Training Plan based on your
individual needs, goals, and upcoming events. The training plan is
built from scratch and includes your individual training zones in either
power or heart rate. This is the perfect option for the cyclist whose
goal it is to train with more structure and goal-oriented direction. What you receive: • Optional initial fitness test to determine individual Training Zones (performed alone) • Initial questionnaire with Training Plan goal setting - Training Plan customized to your individual cycling needs, • goals, ability, experience level, time of year, and time available to train • Your daily Training Plan in a highly descriptive format • A Goals and Training Description page describing the training in more detail and the goals for the plan • A Training Zones page showing individual power or heart rate zones |

Designed for the cyclist who consistently trains 4-5 times each week (8-12 hours/week), has ridden more than 90 miles at one time, and is in good health and fitness (has been training consistently over the past 6+ months, and is in great health with no medical conditions). The Plan is designed with long rides on weekends and short rides during the work week to fit in with a busy work schedule. Specific workouts are designed to simulate efforts required to achieve your fastest-ever Century. Included with the Plan are pro tips for the days and hours leading up to the event. This Plan is guaranteed to help you achieve your fastest and most enjoyable Century ever! |

Half Century Plan - Perfect for your next Half Century!
