Says Cycling conducts weekly group coaching sessions every Wednesday
and Thursday evening in the New Tampa area. Wednesday nights focus
on individual time trial training and Thursday nights focus on group
skills and race simulation workouts.

Says Cycling offers Power Testing using your personal bike and performed
out on the road in a safe, car-free environment. Key durations are
tested to determine an accurate profile of an athlete’s strengths
and weaknesses. Each power test comes with a report with feedback and
training recommendations, including threshold power output and predicated
lactate threshold heart rate.
