your goal is to improve your cycling fitness and enjoyment, complete
a century, or start racing, a Simon Says Cycling monthly Coaching
Package will help you achieve your goals in the quickest and most
effective way.
A Coaching Package combines a monthly Training
Plan with ongoing coach communication and feedback. Packages are customized
to the athlete, so whether you are a busy executive who wants to
get more out of a workout, or a weekend racer whose goal is
to move up in category, training is always designed to achieve your
personal goals.

Simon
Says Cycling offers two levels of monthly coaching: the Excellence
Package and the Advantage Package. These packages differ in the level
of coach communication, training plan revision, and review of workout
files and training log. |

One of the major benefits of having an experienced coach like Simon is the one on one communication it provides. With the Excellence Package you receive the highest level of coach communication which leads to accelerated improvements in confidence, speed, training knowledge, race strategy, and overall enjoyment.
The
Excellence Package is reserved for a limited number of athletes each
year ensuring the highest level of individual attention. Excellence Package athletes have the option to communicate with Simon daily by email or telephone.
Excellence:
• Unlimited client initiated email and telephone communication
• Frequent coach initiated communication
• 1 x 1 hour Inner Transformation Coaching session each month (optional) - [more]

revisions of your Training Plan per month if needed
• Daily
review of your heart rate and power files

of your Training Log
• Mental skills, tactics, and strategy training

Typically, Advantage
Package athletes speak with Simon once every 2-3 weeks, email
their power files at the end of each month, and have weekly email access
to Simon.

The
Monthly Training Plan |
|

The Monthly Training Plan is customized
to your individual cycling needs, goals, ability, experience level,
time of year, and time available to train. Each Training Plan includes:
• Your daily Training
Plan in a highly descriptive
format
• A Goals and Training Description page
describing the training in more detail and the goals for the month.
• A Training Zones page
showing individual power or heart rate zones
Coach Communication:
Whether to discuss and adjust your training, plan for an upcoming
race, or offer motivational counseling, Simon draws on his many years
of successful racing and coaching experience to guide and support
you through regular communication.
Coach communication includes email and telephone communication with
frequency depending on the level of package chosen. Simon is quick
to respond to emails, and easy to contact by telephone. Coach communication includes:
• Email and telephone communication, athlete or coach initiated
• In-person communication at local group rides
• Coach communication is available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST. After hours calls are available for monthly clients
with prior scheduling by email.
